This privacy policy explains what personal information we collect when you place an order through our shop, why we collect it, how it is stored, and how long we keep it. We have written this in plain language on purpose — no legal walls of text.
What information we collect
When you place an order, we ask for:
- Your name (first and last) — required
- Your email address — required
- Your phone number — optional
- Your shipping address (street, apartment/unit, city, state, ZIP) — optional
- Order notes — anything you type into the special instructions field (custom details, requests, etc.)
We also generate a few pieces of data automatically when your order is created:
- An order number (e.g.
TC-12345678) - The date and time your order was submitted
- A one-time secure link token so you can check your order status via email
- Your order total and item details
We do not collect payment card numbers, bank account details, or any financial credentials. All payments are handled by invoice — outside of this system entirely.

We collect the minimum we need to process and deliver your order. Nothing more.
How we store it
All of your information is stored in a private database on the same server that runs this website. That is the only place it lives.
- We do not send your data to any third-party service, cloud provider, CRM, or data broker.
- No external payment processor ever receives your information (there is none).
- Access to the database is limited to the shop owner and server administrator.
The only time your information travels outside the server is:
- Your order confirmation email — sent to the email address you provided, containing your order number and a link to track your order status.
- Internal admin notifications — a brief order alert sent to the shop owner only, over the same email server.
Both are delivered through a secure email service. No marketing or bulk-mail platform is involved.
How long we keep it
We keep your personal details only for as long as your order is active.
- While your order is open (status: New → In Progress → Ready → Shipped): your full details are retained so we can communicate with you and complete your order.
- After your order is marked Completed or Cancelled: your personal details are automatically and permanently deleted from the database within 7 days.
After deletion, only non-identifying records are kept — your order number, item totals, and order status. Your name, email, phone, address, and any notes are replaced with a blank marker and cannot be recovered.
The secure link token sent in your confirmation email also expires at this point and will no longer work.
What we never do with your data
To be absolutely clear:
- We never sell your personal information to anyone, ever.
- We never rent or lease your information to third parties.
- We never share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing companies.
- We never use your information for any purpose other than fulfilling your order and communicating with you about it.
- We never transfer your data to any external platform, app, or service.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the information we hold about your order — just contact us with your order number.
- Request early deletion of your information before the automatic 7-day purge — we will remove it promptly upon request.
- Correct any information you believe is inaccurate — let us know and we will update it.
