We have written this in plain language on purpose \u2014 no legal walls of text.<\/p>\n\n  <hr>\n\n  <h2>What information we collect<\/h2>\n\n  <p>When you place an order, we ask for:<\/p>\n\n  <ul>\n    <li><strong>Your name<\/strong> (first and last) \u2014 required<\/li>\n    <li><strong>Your email address<\/strong> \u2014 required<\/li>\n    <li><strong>Your phone number<\/strong> \u2014 optional<\/li>\n    <li><strong>Your shipping address<\/strong> (street, apartment\/unit, city, state, ZIP) \u2014 optional<\/li>\n    <li><strong>Order notes<\/strong> \u2014 anything you type into the special instructions field (custom details, requests, etc.)<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <p>We also generate a few pieces of data automatically when your order is created:<\/p>\n\n  <ul>\n    <li>An order number (e.g. <code>TC-12345678<\/code>)<\/li>\n    <li>The date and time your order was submitted<\/li>\n    <li>A one-time secure link token so you can check your order status via email<\/li>\n    <li>Your order total and item details<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <p>We do <strong>not<\/strong> collect payment card numbers, bank account details, or any financial credentials. Nothing more.<\/p>\n\n  <hr>\n\n  <h2>How we store it<\/h2>\n\n  <p>All of your information is stored in a private database on the same server that runs this website. That is the only place it lives.<\/p>\n\n  <ul>\n    <li>We do <strong>not<\/strong> send your data to any third-party service, cloud provider, CRM, or data broker.<\/li>\n    <li>No external payment processor ever receives your information (there is none).<\/li>\n    <li>Access to the database is limited to the shop owner and server administrator.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <p>The only time your information travels outside the server is:<\/p>\n\n  <ol>\n    <li><strong>Your order confirmation email<\/strong> \u2014 sent to the email address you provided, containing your order number and a link to track your order status.<\/li>\n    <li><strong>Internal admin notifications<\/strong> \u2014 a brief order alert sent to the shop owner only, over the same email server.<\/li>\n  <\/ol>\n\n  <p>Both are delivered through a secure email service. No marketing or bulk-mail platform is involved.<\/p>\n\n  <hr>\n\n  <h2>How long we keep it<\/h2>\n\n  <p>We keep your personal details only for as long as your order is active.<\/p>\n\n  <ul>\n    <li><strong>While your order is open<\/strong> (status: New \u2192 In Progress \u2192 Ready \u2192 Shipped): your full details are retained so we can communicate with you and complete your order.<\/li>\n    <li><strong>After your order is marked Completed or Cancelled<\/strong>: your personal details are automatically and permanently deleted from the database within <strong>7 days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <p>After deletion, only non-identifying records are kept \u2014 your order number, item totals, and order status. Your name, email, phone, address, and any notes are replaced with a blank marker and cannot be recovered.<\/p>\n\n  <p>The secure link token sent in your confirmation email also expires at this point and will no longer work.<\/p>\n\n  <hr>\n\n  <h2>What we never do with your data<\/h2>\n\n  <p>To be absolutely clear:<\/p>\n\n  <ul>\n    <li>We <strong>never sell<\/strong> your personal information to anyone, ever.<\/li>\n    <li>We <strong>never rent or lease<\/strong> your information to third parties.<\/li>\n    <li>We <strong>never share<\/strong> your information with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing companies.<\/li>\n    <li>We <strong>never use<\/strong> your information for any purpose other than fulfilling your order and communicating with you about it.<\/li>\n    <li>We <strong>never transfer<\/strong> your data to any external platform, app, or service.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <hr>\n\n  <h2>Your rights<\/h2>\n\n  <p>You have the right to:<\/p>\n\n  <ul>\n    <li><strong>Request a copy<\/strong> of the information we hold about your order \u2014 just contact us with your order number.<\/li>\n    <li><strong>Request early deletion<\/strong> of your information before the automatic 7-day purge \u2014 we will remove it promptly upon request.<\/li>\n    <li><strong>Correct<\/strong> any information you believe is inaccurate \u2014 let us know and we will update it.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <p>To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.<\/p>\n\n  <hr>\n\n  <h2>Contact<\/h2>\n\n  <p>If you have any questions about this policy or how your data is handled, please reach out:<\/p>\n\n  <p><strong>Email:<\/strong> <a href=\"mailto:siteoptyx@gmail.com\">siteoptyx@gmail.com<\/a><\/p>\n\n  <p>We will respond as quickly as we can, typically within a few business days.<\/p>\n\n  <hr>\n\n  <p><em>This policy is updated whenever our data practices change.
